[Odor Control Case Study] Food Factory (Shrimp Cooking Process) Exhaust Odor Control Measures

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization systems. Our company, which has tackled odor control in various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Food Factory (Shrimp Cooking Process) Exhaust Odor Control】 ■ Background We started a new business involving the shrimp cooking process, but complaints arose from the surrounding area, and we were consulted to implement odor control measures. Upon inspecting the factory, we found that after the complaints began, a deodorization system had been installed, and a circulation method was adopted to stop outdoor exhaust and conduct exhaust within the factory. However, the deodorization system was not fully eliminating the odors, and the factory was filled with the smell of shrimp, leading to internal complaints as workers found the odor clinging to them when returning home, making it difficult to use public facilities. The shrimp odor also permeated the president's office and the general office, and the odors leaking from the factory continued to disperse into the surrounding area, resulting in ongoing complaints. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study from the link below.

Deodorization device for factories "Deo Keeper"

Space-saving and high-efficiency processing. The filter type allows for easy replacement of activated carbon and requires minimal maintenance.

The "DeoKeeper" is a deodorization device designed for factories that ensures a wide contact area by installing deodorizing filters in a V-shape, achieving both space-saving and high air volume processing. The filter's adsorbent material (activated carbon) can be changed according to the target odors and conditions. Regular maintenance involves only the replacement of activated carbon and pre-filters, as well as inspection and cleaning of the fan, making it hassle-free. In addition to these filter-type features, we also offer a direct filling type that accommodates a larger amount of activated carbon, suitable for sites with high concentrations of odors. 【Features】 ■ Three models are available for filter types that handle air volumes of 10, 20, and 30 CMM. ■ Inverter and switch box options are available. ■ Various types of activated carbon are available for different target odors, including low concentration gases, basic gases, acidic gases, neutral gases, and aldehydes. ■ Zeolite can also be used in addition to activated carbon. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

[Odor Control Case Study] Indoor Exhaust Odor Control Measures for Composting Plants

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyousei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for Indoor Exhaust at Composting Plant】 ■Background A composting plant was newly established within an industrial complex. Subsequently, complaints flooded in from surrounding factories, and when the shutters were opened and closed without ventilation inside the plant, high concentrations of odor dispersed into the surrounding area. Due to strong odors dispersing and complaints from nearby factories stating they could not operate, we considered countermeasures and conducted odor control consultations and verification demonstration tests to understand the current situation. We confirmed that odors were dispersing up to 600 meters away. *If you are interested in the details of the countermeasures, please download and view the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Odor Control in Automotive Interior Parts Manufacturing Factory

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce examples from overseas. 【Odor Control Measures for Automotive Interior Parts Manufacturing Factory】 ■Background There were odor complaints from nearby residents regarding odors generated during the manufacturing process of automotive interior parts in Thailand, and they requested odor control measures. Upon checking the existing equipment, it was found that exhaust odors were being mixed with dilution air for exhaust. While this method could dilute the exhaust odors and reduce them, it still did not eliminate the odors completely, leading to complaints from the surrounding area. During the odor control consultation, it was determined that the odor level was actually below the threshold that would require odor control measures, but we considered installing deodorization equipment as an additional measure. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study from the link below.
